In February 2026 we welcomed a team on inspectors from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), the body responsible for evaluating the quality and standards of independent schools across the UK.

Their visit was a thorough and professional process, designed to assess every aspect of school life — from teaching and learning, to pastoral care, leadership, and the overall wellbeing of pupils.

We're proud to share the findings of this report which commended every aspect of school life, noting a culture of excellence supported by strong leadership, high-quality teaching, and a clear commitment to pupils’ wellbeing and development. 

Teaching was highlighted as consistently ambitious and engaging, enabling every child to be both challenged and supported to achieve strong outcomes. 

Some highlights from the Report include: 

• The School provides a supportive community in which pupils are known well as individuals.  
• Leaders design a broad, balanced and inclusive curriculum that enables pupils to develop.
• Pupils develop social responsibility, independence and leadership skills through opportunities to contribute to school life and work with others.
• Leaders prioritise and promote pupils’ wellbeing through a carefully monitored programme which teaches pupils about healthy relationships and lifestyles. This includes high quality pastoral care.
• Leaders and teachers implement a curriculum that is broad and balanced.
• Pupils are enthusiastic and engaged learners. 
• (Pupils) show respect for diversity and understand their roles within a community
