Sibling Discount

We do offer a sibling discount on fees. Where parents have two or more children in school, a reduction will be made for the second and subsequent children as follows:

•  2nd child: 10% discount
•  3rd child: 15%
•  4th child: 20%

Early Years' Funding

If your child is aged 3 and 4, you are eligible for Early Years' Funding also known as 15-hour Funding (EYF) from the Government.

Nursery

* The government has stated that VAT is not payable on Nursery fees.

Pre-Prep

Prep

For all Year 3 students, deposit required to secure place: £3,390

For all Year 4 - 8 students, deposit required to secure place: £3,797

• Fees are inclusive of all tuition, books, stationery, games, swimming, personal accident insurance, lunches and snacks where appropriate.
• Deposit – On acceptance of a definite place at the Nursery, a deposit of £500 is required. On acceptance of a definite place at the School, a deposit equivalent to one-half of the amount of the first term’s fees is required. Where children move into the School from Nursery, the original deposit will be used in part-payment. Deposits are refunded when a pupil leaves the school; within one month after their last date of attendance at the school.
• Extras are limited to expenses such as:
  • Curriculum related visits at cost.
  • External examination fees.
  • Subscription for curriculum related software applications.
  • Termly donation of £15 for the BPSA (Bickley Park Parents' Association).
  • Uniform
  • After School Club / Breakfast Club attendance

These sums will be invoiced for payment with the following term’s fees. 

• The annual Adventure School trips will be charged by staged payments, which will be added to the termly fees invoice as and when they are due. 
• Fees for the classes at the Nursery for less than five sessions per week are pro-rata. The minimum attendance requirement for the Nursery is 5 morning sessions per week or 3 full days.
• Fees for the term and extras for the previous term are payable on or before the first day of term. A late payment charge of 2% will be added to any amount outstanding for each month or part of a month that the amount is overdue from the first day of term in accordance with Condition 3 of our terms and conditions. A pupil may be suspended or refused entry where fees are unpaid and not be allowed to return until the whole amount of any due fees, extras and late payment charges have been received.
• Fees for the term are billed in advance; extras are billed in arrears. At the end of each term a fees bill will be sent via email for the following term.
• The payment method for fees is by termly direct debit or via bank transfer. Fees paid by termly direct debit are collected in the first week of each term and the date of collection will be specified on the fees bill sent via email. Fees paid by bank transfer should be settled by the first day of term.
• Notice of a complete term is required before a pupil is removed from the School. Notice in writing must be sent to the head on or before the first day of term. If not received, the applicable fee for the subsequent term will become payable on or before the first day of that subsequent term in accordance with Condition 4 of our terms and conditions.
• Deposits may not be offset against the fees for a pupil's final term at the school.
• After School Care is available at our Pre-Prep Department between the hours of 3.00pm to 6.00pm for pupils over 3 years old, and from 4.30pm to 6.00pm at the Prep Department, for pupils in Years 3 - 8. This is charged at £5.00 per half hour or part thereof. There is an automatic penalty charge of £25.00 for any child collected after 6.00pm. Each subsequent half hour will be charged at £10. These charges will be added to the termly fees bill in arrears.
• Breakfast Club is available for pupils from the age of 3 ½ years upwards between the hours of 7.00am to 8.00am. The charge is £7.50 per day. These charges will be added to the termly fees bill in arrears. 
• EYFS chargeable extras are already included in nursery fees, these are for meals and snacks, consumables and additional hours as detailed on your invoice.
